  This review is long overdue! After completing my 14th session, you could say that I have become quite the colonic expert. I cannot rave enough about the experience and staff. If you're anything like me, you spent hours researching facilities, watching video and reading blogs. I am so lucky to have found Rock Solid.
  Staff:
  Melissa is extremely kind and soothing. She makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world, she listens and genuinely cares. She will hold your hand and rub your back if she feels that you need comfort. She is very motherly and very pleasant to be around.
  Kelli is an angel. She feels like a friend to me now, she stayed late several times to accommodate my working schedule. She is ALWAYS in a wonderful mood. She is the biggest joy and so knowledgeable. She has an answer to all your questions. I was so impressed with her professionalism!
  The colonic
  Dun dun DUN. It is nowhere as scary as you think. The first time is the most trying. Once you get past your nerves, focus on your breathing, and see how your body is responding it is easy to enjoy the process. For example, I was so relaxed I would pop my earphones on and listen to meditation videos or watch a movie on Netflix. It was a very therapeutic experience for me! I was (literally) getting rid of waste that had accumulated in my body for years. I thought after going so many times that surely one day I would show up and nothing would come out, but I was wrong. I became eager to attend my appointments, excited to rid my body of excess waste. After every single visit I felt like I could go running for miles. I had so much energy, I couldn’t believe it! I would come in tired after working all day and leave more energized than I had been at my best. Not only do you lose weight (disclaimer: not why I did this) but your skin clears up, you’re in a better mood, and you feel lighter. I can’t thank the ladies at Rock Solid enough for such a relaxing and cleansing experience.
